Adams Opens Cooling Center for Residents - WUPE Posted: 28 Jun 2021 02:30 PM PDT As the National Weather Service extends their 'Heat Advisory" through tomorrow at 8pm, the Town of Adams has opened a cooling center for residents. The center was authorized by the Town of Adams Emergency Management and announced on the town's Facebook page. The cooling center is located at the Adams Visitors Center on Hoosac Street. According to the post the center will be open and staffed for as long a deemed necessary. The National Weather Service is calling for the heat and humidity to continue through Wednesday. Thursday's forecast is currently calling for showers and a high in the upper 70s. The complete NWS forecast is below… Tonight
